What sizes do restaurant booths come in?
We provide custom-sized solutions tailored to your space. That said, a great standard to begin with is a 48” wide bench seat, which works well for most restaurant layouts.
What is the standard height and width of a restaurant booth?
Booth heights typically range from 36” to 48”, and widths often start at 48” but can be customized to fit your floor plan.
What materials are used for the frame and upholstery?
We use high-quality components such as ¾” radiated pine for framing (compared to the industry standard of ⅜”), and offer upholstery options in vinyl, leather, or commercial-grade fabrics.
Are the booths commercial grade and durable?Y
Yes — our booths are built to exceed industry standards. We use no-sag springs at 4” on center (vs. the usual 6”), insulated steel webbing for even weight distribution, and mortise & tenon construction for long-lasting durability.
What’s the weight capacity of a standard booth?
Each booth is designed to hold up to 500 lbs, making them suitable for a wide range of guests and high-traffic environments.
Customization & Design
Can I customize the color, fabric, or finish?
We offer hundreds of upholstery options — vinyl, leather, and commercial fabric — along with an array of finishes for bases and wood surfaces including laminate, paint, and natural stains.
What are the most durable materials for upholstery?
Vinyl remains the most resilient choice for high-use restaurant environments due to its durability and ease of maintenance.
Can booths be made to match my restaurant’s existing décor?
Absolutely. We work directly with your designer to ensure every booth complements your theme, from casual to upscale environments.
Do you offer different back styles (channel, button-tufted, plain, etc.)?

Do the booths come pre-assembled or require on-site assembly?
Our booths are delivered fully assembled and ready to install, saving you valuable setup time.

Our experienced team will review your floor plan and suggest the optimal booth configuration for traffic flow and aesthetics.
Are wall-mounted or freestanding options available?
We offer both. Choose from freestanding booths, back-to-back configurations, or banquettes mounted to walls in custom shapes and sizes.
Pricing & Orders
What is the lead time for custom orders?
Our typical lead time is 8–10 weeks from design approval to delivery.
What are the shipping costs and options?
Shipping varies based on order size and destination. Contact us for a tailored shipping quote with available carrier options.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We do not currently offer financing or payment plans. We require a 50% deposit to start the project and 50% upon completion, prior to delivery.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean and maintain the upholstery?
We will include care and maintenance instructions for your seating based on the type of fabric selected. In general, most surfaces can be cleaned with mild soap and water.
Are replacement parts (like seats or cushions) available?
Yes — we offer a full range of replacement parts to extend the life of your booths.
Is the booth material stain-resistant or antimicrobial?
Many of our upholstery options include stain-resistant and antimicrobial properties. Ask us about specific material specs to match your needs.
Warranties & Policies
What warranty comes with the booths?
We provide a one-year warranty from the date of installation, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What is your return or exchange policy on custom seating?
Please note that due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom seating solutions.
